Dear Clients, Friends, and Community,
Since taking over the Cornelius studio in 2021, we have poured our hearts into growing a healing space for our community. In March 2024, we expanded to Mooresville with the vision of bringing our therapeutic approach to more people in need.
Despite our best efforts, incredible therapists, and a lot of love and marketing, we’ve faced ongoing challenges in keeping the Mooresville location fully staffed and booked. After much reflection, we’ve made the tough but necessary decision to close our Mooresville studio and return our focus to our original Cornelius location.
This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a return to our roots. We’re excited to welcome our amazing team back under one roof and continue offering you the high-quality care you’ve come to know and trust.
To our Mooresville clients: we are so grateful for your support. We hope you’ll continue your wellness journey with us in Cornelius, and we’re here to make that transition as seamless as possible.
A few notes about the transition:
– we will be redesigning the Cornelius studio with the vision we brought to Mooresville.
– If you have purchased a gift card, they can be used at either location. There are still appointments available in Mooresville at this time with Jeanne on Thursdays and Sundays.

Appointments can be scheduled over the phone by calling 704-465-5527 or booked via computer or phone 24/7 with our online scheduling portal. The portal shows therapists’ real-time availability so you can book with confidence.
- Click the “Online Scheduling” button to be redirected to the Zenoti online scheduling portal.
- Select the service that you would like to book.
- Available therapists, dates, and times will be displayed to allow you to choose an appointment that meets your needs.
- If you do not already have a Zenoti account, you will be asked to create an account to complete the booking process. You will be required to enter your billing information to reserve the appointment.
If online booking isn’t your thing (or to book with a gift certificate instead of a credit/debit card online), call 704-465-5527 and press 1 when prompted. We can also put you on a cancellation list if the time or therapist you want is booked.

Policies & Procedures
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and our therapists, the following policies are honored:
Debit/Credit Card on File
We require a debit or credit card on file. All billing information is encrypted by Zenoti, our online scheduling system. If you have a gift certificate covering the full service amount, we can book your appointment over the phone with the gift certificate number instead.
24 Hours Notice for Cancellations/Reschedules
If you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full service amount the day of your scheduled appointment (unless you are sick or exhibiting potentially contagious symptoms). Do not provide notice via email. Notify us by calling 704-465-5527. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message and you will not be charged provided your voicemail is left prior to the 24 hour window.
No Shows
If you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full service amount the day of your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Contagious Symptoms/Conditions
If you arrive with potentially contagious symptoms (fever, flu, cold, ringworm, lice, etc), your therapist will reschedule your appointment. Your therapist will also notify you if they need to reschedule due to contagious symptoms/conditions. We treat clients undergoing chemotherapy with compromised immune systems, and we aim to provide a safe environment for all clients and therapists.
